How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase(delivery date to Customer).

Invoicing and discount codes
Order confirmation is not valid document which confirm purchase (it’s only order placing confirmation). Final price and applied discounts (like removed EU TAX, special promo discounts etc) are visible on final document attached to shipment which should be used for Customs clearance purposes(if it’s required by destination country). On Customer request we can prepare commercial invoice with buyer company TAX ID – please contact with our email@example.com team before shipment to be sure that proper document will be printed and attached toi parcel.
Customers are obligated to pay all local taxes and Customs duties which need to be pay during delivery to his country. If you are living outside of EU we will remove polish VAT TAX(23%) from final price (it will be visible on commercial invoice attached to shipment). To get discounted price use during order special code “TAXFREE”.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Parcels are shipped within any delays – maximum 5-7 working days if product is not available from stock in order time.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Order cancelation by Seller
We can cancel an order (also paid) if product can’t be delivered to Customer during following reasons: product out of stock, product discontinued, changed product price or mistake in product price/description. Customer have full right to full refund(if order was paid).

General Terms of warranty and conditions of use
The lamps cannot be installed in places without adequate ventilation, such as closed cabinets, covers, and aquarium enclosures or canopies. High humidity and lack of air flow will affect their lifespan; water condensation can lead to damage of the lamps.
Regularly clean the ventilation openings and do not allow them to get dirty. Improper cooling may cause damage to your lamp.
Mount the lamp away from circulation pumps or water aerators to protect it against accidental splashes. Also remember the minimum distance of the lump body from the water surface is 5 cm (it should be greater when the aquarium is working with wavemaker) and the suggested mounting height is 10-15 cm.
To install the lamp use dedicated assembly kits – such as hanging kits, wires or spider mountings or special mounting track systems.
Pay attention to accidental splashing of the lamp from the top, when the ventilation openings areas are splashed, droplets of water will be scattered around the interior of the lamp body, which may damage electronic parts.
The power supply must be connected to a 110/250V power source with a properly functioning grounding. Lack of proper grounding may cause faulty lamp operation and may cause an electric shock.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Pacific Sun Sp. z o.o. (Seller) grants the Buyer a 24-month warranty, starting from the date of product sale, for products sold by them, operated in Poland, based on the following conditions.
The warranty covers production defects of electronic parts or entire device that prevents its use as intended. The warranty covers only defects caused by issues inherent in the products, i.e. underlying problems caused by manufacturing defects or hidden material defects of electronic components.
The warranty does not cover products:
Damaged intentionally or damaged mechanically, chemically or thermally. If the cause of the damage to the product cannot be verified, the product must be examined by an authorized Pacific Sun service provider.
Used contrary to the intended use, instructions for use or safety regulations, and the condition from point 11.
Improperly maintained or stored – in which modifications, changes or repairs have been made by unauthorized service.
Devices, which assembly has not been performed by qualified personnel with the necessary qualifications.
In the case of a violation of seals or protections placed on the products.
The Buyer is obliged to submit the complaint in writing form within 7 days from the date of discovering the defect, and after agreeing to shipment conditions, deliver the advertised product to the Seller’s registered office. The notification should contain a detailed description of the found defect and have attached proof of purchase of the product being advertised. If in the process of reviewing the complaint it will be necessary to obtain additional information related to the defect or the manner of product verification and inspection, the Buyer is obliged to provide all necessary data and information.
The warranty is subject to consideration within 14 business days from the date of delivery of product to the Seller’s location, with the reservation, however, that if the claimed complaint required detailed technical tests, their duration automatically extends the period for handling complaints. When considering a complaint, their validity is assessed taking into account the applicable technical standards.
As part of the warranty, the Seller may make, on its own decision, free repair or defect free replacement, all parts subject to the warranty, which will be recognized and confirmed by the Seller as defective. The seller may also refund the amount paid to the Buyer if repair or replacement is impossible or economically unjustified. The deadline for the fulfillment of the warranty obligation is 14 days from the date of accepting the complaint, and it can be extended in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. The warranty period is extended by the time necessary to carry out the warranty repair.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller will cover the costs of delivering the product to its registered location from the registered location of the Buyer and the cost of returning the product to the Buyer’s location. The seller does not bear any additional costs related to the exchange of damaged products.
In the case of an unreasonable complaint, all costs incurred in relation to its consideration shall be borne by the Buyer. In particular, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of transport, travel costs and working time of the service technicians according to the Seller’s individual rates, material costs, rent of the necessary equipment, as well as the cost of the foreign delegation according to the applicable rates, if applicable, and in the case of accommodation of service staff. The buyer undertakes to settle the above receivables based on a relevant VAT invoice. Service protocol in the case of service technician’s travel also includes the number of kilometers traveled, travel time and working time.
The seller expressly excludes his liability for any loss, damage or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the use of the product or its defect, including direct, indirect and consequential damages of any nature, limiting its liability only to the product.
The obligations of the Seller, which result from this warranty, are limited to costs which together do not exceed the price of the product itself.
Complaint process completes the preparation of the complaint protocol.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the defects of the product covered by the warranty in the location where the product is used, after receiving the complaint notification form the Buyer. Not providing access by the Buyer’s to the Seller’s representatives to the advertised product is treated as withdrawal from the complaint.
The buyer voids the warranty conditions in the case of connecting the product to an installation that does not have permanent built-in overload protection in the lighting circuit.
The warranty granted by Pacific Sun Sp. z o.o. does not extend to third parties.
The parties to the sales contract, acting on the basis of art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, exclude the liability of Pacific Sun Sp. z o.o. towards the Buyer under the warranty for defects of products specified in Section II of the Civil Code in the scope of liability for legal defects of the sold product.
The parties to the sales contract, acting on the basis of art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, limit the liability of Pacific Sun Sp. z o.o. towards the Buyer under the warranty for physical defects of things specified in Section II of the Civil Code in the manner indicated in point. 3 and point 4 of these conditions.
Under the warranty for physical defects, the Buyer is only entitled to demand delivery of products free from defects instead of defective goods. Other rights of the Buyer resulting from the warranty regulations for physical defects are excluded.
Claims under the warranty for physical defects do not apply to goods: damaged mechanically, chemically or thermally or deliberately damaged and with defects caused by effects of this damage, used for purposes other than intended, instructed for use or safety regulations, improperly maintained or stored, where modifications have been made or took place, changes or repairs by unauthorized service.
